Who we are
Stelian Consulting is a project management and engineering practice built for careful planning, clear thinking, and disciplined follow-through.
The practice is led by director Marco Lenghel, who brings eight years of hands-on experience across project management and engineering. Behind that sits a trusted network of partners and close associates contributing more than 60 years of combined engineering and project management expertise — depth that lets us scale to a project's demands and draw on the right specialist at the right moment.
Our core strength is in electrical works, with growing capability in civil engineering as opportunities arise. We support clients across the full project lifecycle — from project delivery and scheduling through to costing and commercial oversight — translating ambitions and requirements into structured, achievable plans, then steering them to completion on scope, on schedule, and to standard.
We work across any sector, with particular experience in water, wastewater, infrastructure, and data centres. Whatever the setting, the approach stays the same: a deliberately personal way of working where clients deal directly with the person responsible for their project — meaning fewer layers, faster decisions, and genuine accountability from start to finish.
